Biltong Maker

Biltong is the South African word for Jerky. Our Biltong makers are made out of stainless steel with a clear perspex cover on both sides so you can inspect the meat whilst it is drying.

The Biltong Maker can handle up to 7kgs of meat which it will dry in about 4 - 6 days.
